DRAFT – needs lawyer. Placeholder text for review; it is not Solear’s final terms and creates no obligations.
Risk disclosure
Tokens are created by anyone, not vetted, and can go to zero. Solear lists tokens automatically. A safety report on a token page is information, not an endorsement.
Prices and liquidity
- Pools can be small: a trade can move the price a lot. Solear asks for confirmation above 5% price impact and refuses above 15%.
- Each order has a guaranteed minimum. You receive at least that, or the order is refunded or left as a balance you can claim.
- If 1Click fills your order better than quoted, 1Click keeps 50% of the improvement; a worse fill is limited by your minimum.
Cross-chain orders
- An order can take minutes and pass through several venues. While a step is in progress your funds sit with that venue or in your own NEAR Intents account.
- If a step cannot complete, your funds stay where they are and you choose to finish or cash out. Nothing is lost, but prices can move in the meantime.
- Bridges, venues and Solear’s contracts are software and can fail.
Wallets
- Your wallet signs every step. Only sign what you expect: Solear shows what it checked before asking your wallet.
- Hardware wallets cannot sign NEAR Intents messages, so some routes are not offered to them.
Pre-release
This is a pre-release build. On testnet, tokens have no value. Do not use real funds.
