DRAFT – needs lawyer. Placeholder text for review; it is not Solear’s final terms and creates no obligations.
Terms of use
These placeholder terms outline what the final terms must cover. Until a lawyer has reviewed them, Solear is a pre-release preview and is not offered to the public.
1. What Solear is
Solear is a website and software that compose swaps across third-party venues (Jupiter on Solana, NEAR Intents 1Click, Rhea on NEAR) and Solear’s own open-source contracts. Your wallet signs every step. Solear never holds your private keys.
2. Your responsibilities
- You check each request in your wallet before signing.
- You are allowed to use Solear where you are, and you are not on a sanctions list.
- You understand that blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
3. Fees
Every quote lists each fee line before you place an order: Solear’s fee on the Solana swap and on the Solear router, the NEAR Intents 1Click app fee (shared between Solear and 1Click), withdrawal fees and token taxes. Fees are set by Solear’s server; the website cannot change them.
4. Third-party services
Cross-chain legs use NEAR Intents 1Click (Intents Technology Ltd). Their terms flow down to you, including a release of Intents Technology, warranty disclaimers and the irreversibility of transactions. 1Click does not act on recovery requests below $300 caused by user error. Placeholder: final wording from 1Click’s terms §4.2 and §12.4.
5. Restricted regions
Interim list (founder decision F-24: the 1Click / near.com prohibited jurisdictions, until the lawyer answers): AF, BY, CF, CU, CD, GW, HT, IR, LY, ML, MM, NI, KP, RU, SO, SS, SD, SY, VE, YE, ZW, and the occupied Ukrainian regions of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.
6. No advice
Nothing on Solear is investment, legal or tax advice.
7. Liability, disputes and changes
Placeholder for the lawyer.
