Connect a wallet

Press Connect wallet in the top bar. You can connect one Solana wallet and one NEAR wallet at the same time. One is enough to trade on both chains.

Solana wallets

Phantom is recommended. Solflare and Backpack also work through the standard Solana wallet connection. With a Solana wallet you can buy and sell Solana tokens, buy NEAR tokens (they land in your Solear account), and launch on Solana.

NEAR wallets

Meteor, HOT, Intear and MyNearWallet connect through NEAR Connect. With a NEAR wallet you can trade NEAR tokens directly, buy Solana tokens delivered to a Solana address you choose, and launch on NEAR.

Using both

Connecting both lets Solear pick the shortest route: a NEAR token bought from your NEAR wallet needs one signature, while the same token bought with SOL needs two.

Limits

• Ledger-backed Solana accounts cannot sign the messages some cross-chain steps need, so a few routes are not available to them yet.
• Social-login (embedded) wallets are not supported yet.
• Solear never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not us.
